Zucchini and radish tagliatelle

Here is an excellent refreshing starter of the season, which can be tasted alone, or accompanied by a meat or a puff pastry. Use zucchini flesh to make this dish.

Pink radishes12
Zucchini2 (small)
Olive oil2 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar1 tbsp
Cumin seeds1 teaspoon
Salt pepper

Preparation of the recipe: zucchini and radish tagliatelle

  1. Rinse the courgettes and radishes in cold water.
  2. With a vegetable peeler, make zucchini tagliatelle.
  3. Cut the radishes into rounds. Pour the vegetables into a salad bowl.
  4. In a bowl, combine the vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the salad with the dressing.
  6. Sprinkle with cumin seeds.
  7. Serve the zucchini and radish tagliatelle and enjoy immediately.
