Vegetable tian with mozzarella

Mozzarella2 balls

Herbs of Provence1 tbsp

Preparation of the recipe: vegetable tian with mozzarella

  1. Heat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut the tomatoes, the zucchini, the mozzarella balls and the peeled onions into rings. Also cut the unpeeled potatoes into thin slices.
  3. In a hot skillet, sauté the onion slices in a tablespoon of olive oil for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Then arrange the vegetables by placing them vertically in a baking dish. Alternate the slices of tomato, zucchini and potato. Intersperse slices of mozzarella and onion in places.
  5. Peel the garlic cloves, mince them, then slide them between the vegetables with the bay leaves. Sprinkle the dish with Provencal herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Then drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes. After this time, check the cooking of the potatoes. Continue cooking for a few minutes if this is not the case. Serve the vegetable tian with mozzarella immediately.
