Tomatoes in the oven

Tomatoes6
Garlic2 cloves
Olive oil3 tablespoons
Sugar1 tbsp
Salt pepper

Preparation of the recipe: baked tomatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 170┬░C.
  2. In an oiled baking sheet, place the tomatoes cut in half, skin side down.
  3. In a small bowl, grate the peeled garlic cloves before mixing them with the olive oil.
  4. Then use a brush to brush the tomato halves with this garlic oil.
  5. Sprinkle the tomatoes with powdered sugar before baking in the oven for about 1 hour.
  6. Remove from the oven and lightly season the tomatoes with salt and pepper. Serve your tomatoes immediately in the oven.
