Tapenade express pizza

A very quick tapenade pizza recipe to prepare for a convivial meal even when you don’t have time

Ingredients

Pizza dough1
Tapenade1 tbsp
Ricotta80g
Onion1
Ham2 large slices
Thyme2 strands
Pepper1 pinch

Preparation of the recipe: express pizza with tapenade

  1. Preheat the oven to 200┬░C.
  2. Cut the slices of ham into strips. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of tapenade over the dough.
  5. Crumble the ricotta over the dough and add the raw ham, onion pieces and thyme.
  6. Pepper generously.
  7. Bake in the bottom of the oven for about twenty minutes. Serve hot.
