Strawberry jam with Thermomix

Preparation of the recipe: strawberry jam with the thermomix

  1. Wash, dry and hull the strawberries. Cut them in half.
  2. Place the strawberries in the bowl of the Thermomix. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  3. Add the sugar and lemon juice to the bowl.
  4. Program at 100°C for 30 minutes at speed 1.
  5. Continue cooking for 30 minutes with the Varoma program at 120°C on speed 1.
  6. When finished, pour the strawberry jam with the Thermomix into glass containers and close with the lids. Turn them over and let cool.
  7. Enjoy or store in a cool, dry place.
