Olive oil4 tablespoons
Salt pepper1 pinch

Preparation of the recipe: sautéed sweet potatoes

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  2. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
  4. Add the onions and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the sweet potatoes, salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
  7. The sautéed sweet potatoes are cooked when they are tender and golden.
