Preparation of the recipe: pizza with salmon
- Preheat your oven to 190°C.
- Chop the dill. Roll out the pizza dough on a sheet of parchment paper. Cover it with pulses (such as beans) or aluminum beans. Bake blind for about 15 minutes. After cooking, remove the pulses and place back in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes to dry. Let cool.
- In a bowl, combine the cheese, dill and lemon juice. Spread the mixture on the pizza dough. Arrange the slices of salmon, season with lemon juice then arrange the salmon eggs on top. Serve with a mixed green salad.
