Ingredients

fresh raspberries250g
Granulated sugar25g
Lemon juice1 teaspoon

Preparation of the recipe: raspberry purée

  1. Place the raspberries in a colander and rinse them quickly under running water.
  2. Squeeze the juice of a lemon.
  3. In a mixer (or a blender), pour the raspberries, lemon juice and powdered sugar.
  4. Blend until you get a puree.
  5. Transfer to a sieve and using a spatula, remove the seeds (optional).
  6. Wrap the container and place it in the refrigerator. Enjoy your raspberry purée with a toast, yogurt or cake.
