Plum pie with the Thermomix

Shortbread1 roll
Plums800g
powdered almonds30g
Sugar30g
Egg1

Preparation of the recipe: plum tart with the thermomix

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C.
  2. Put the sugar, ground almonds and egg in the bowl of the Thermomix.
  3. Blend for 15 seconds at speed 4.
  4. Unroll the dough into a pie pan.
  5. Pour the mixture over the dough, scraping the sides of the bowl with the spatula.
  6. Rinse the plums, cut them in half and remove the core.
  7. Arrange the plums rounded side down on the dough.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Lower the temperature to 180°C and cook for 10 minutes.
