Minced meat puffs

A recipe for minced meat puff pastry very quick to cook to enjoy with a green salad, or as an aperitif.

Ingredients

Puff pastry1
Steacks2
Eggs2
Onion1
Fresh cream1 tbsp
Olive oil1 fillet
Salt pepper1 pinch

Preparation of the recipe: puff pastries with minced meat

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel the onion and chop finely. Crumble the minced steaks.
  3. Sauté the onion in a pan with a little oil. When the onion becomes translucent, add the minced meat. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the fresh cream and the eggs. Salt, pepper, and mix well.
  5. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 4.
  6. Place stuffing on each piece and fold to make a turnover.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy your hot minced meat pastries.
