Marinade for chicken

Ingredients

Olive oil2 tablespoons
Red wine1 tbsp
Soya sauce1 tbsp
Garlic1 clove
Worcestershire Sauce1 teaspoon
Ginger powder1/2 teaspoon
Cornstarch (optional)

Preparation of the recipe: marinade for chicken

  1. Peel the garlic, remove the germ, and chop finely.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, adjusting the Worcestershire sauce to your liking.
  3. If needed, add a little Maïzena (cornstarch) for a thicker marinade.
  4. Brush your pieces of poultry with this marinade and leave to marinate for at least 1h30 before cooking them.
