Ingredients

Fromage blanc200g
Onion1
Garlic1 clove
fresh parsley1 bunch
Chivesome branches
Tabasco5 drops
Salt pepper

Preparation of the recipe: herb sauce

  1. Rinse the fresh herbs and pat them dry. 
  2. Peel the garlic and onion and coarsely chop them.
  3. Place the herbs and spices in a mixing bowl. Mix. 
  4. Add the fromage blanc, salt and pepper then mix with the fresh herbs. 
  5. Refrigerate in a container until ready to serve. 
  6. Enjoy the fine herbs sauce with raw vegetables, on toast, or to accompany meat or fish.
