Preparation of the recipe: calzone with four cheeses
- Preheat the oven to 210°C. Cut the gorgonzola, gruyere, parmesan and mozzarella into cubes. Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Spread the cheese cubes over the pizza dough. Pour a drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
- Close the calzone in half, and seal the ends of the dough with your fingers. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Serve the 4-cheese calzone pizza piping hot.
