Four Cheese Calzone

Ingredients

Pizza dough1
Mozzarella50g
Gorgonzola50g
Gruyere50g
Parmesan cheese50g
Olive oil1 tbsp
Salt pepper

Preparation of the recipe: calzone with four cheeses

  1. Preheat the oven to 210┬░C. Cut the gorgonzola, gruyere, parmesan and mozzarella into cubes. Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Spread the cheese cubes over the pizza dough. Pour a drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Close the calzone in half, and seal the ends of the dough with your fingers. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Serve the 4-cheese calzone pizza piping hot.
