Cookie Budino

A dessert that comes to us from Italy, based on vanilla cream, chocolate and biscuits, a treat!

Ingredients

Biscuits of your choice200g
Milk1 liter
Granulated sugar175g
Cornflour75g
Baking milk chocolate75g
Vanilla extract1/2 teaspoon

Preparation of the recipe: budino with biscuits

  1. Blend the cookies. Book.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the milk, add the sugar and cornstarch, mixing with a whisk. Boil for 3 minutes without ceasing to stir. Add the vanilla extract.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
  4. In the verrines, place a first layer of biscuits, add the chocolate cream. Add a second layer of cookies and finish by covering with the vanilla cream.
  5. Place your cookie budino in the fridge until ready to serve. The cream will keep for 3 days in the fridge.
