Milk1 litre
Fine semolina120g
Dark chocolate120g
Sugar80g
Butter1 hazelnut

Preparation of the recipe: chocolate semolina

  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan. Add the previously crushed dark chocolate. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring regularly.
  2. Once the chocolate has melted in the milk, pour in the fine semolina and the sugar while mixing. Add the knob of butter.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Then remove the pan from the heat and divide the chocolate semolina into individual containers. Let the chocolate semolina cool or cool before serving.
