Carrots1.5kg
Orange juice1 dl
Lemon juice5 cl
Olive oil2 tablespoons
Orange tree Flower water1 tbsp
Cumin1 pinch
Ground cinnamon1 pinch
Ground coriander1 pinch
Grilled pine nuts1 handle
Salt pepper1 pinch

Preparation of the recipe: carrot salad with orange juice

  1. Peel the carrots and cut them into slices.
  2. Steam the carrot slices for 12 minutes. Let the carrots cool.
  3. Make a marinade by mixing orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, orange blossom water, spices, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cooled carrots and leave to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator.
  5. Add the pine nuts to the carrot salad with orange juice before serving.
