Burrata salad

Red cherry tomatoes100g
Green and black olives100g
Pumpkin seeds50g
Olive oil5 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar2 tablespoons

Preparation of the recipe: salad with burrata

Description :

  1. Start by washing and spinning the mesclun. Put it in a salad bowl and set aside.
  2. Cut the previously rinsed cherry tomatoes in half before adding them to the salad bowl.
  3. Cut the slices of raw ham into strips. Incorporate them with the green and black olives into the salad.
  4. In a bowl, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Then pour this vinaigrette over the salad, mix, then divide among six plates.
  5. Place a burrata on each plate, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, then serve immediately.
