ciabatta bread4
Mozzarella3 balls
Red and yellow cherry tomatoes8
Pesto200g
Ham8 slices
Basil½ bunch
Garlic1 clove

Preparation of the recipe: bruschetta

  1. Start by cutting the ciabatta breads in half lengthwise.
  2. Scrape a clove of garlic on the breads before spreading them with pesto.
  3. Then cut the balls of mozzarella and cover the sandwiches. Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half or in quarters depending on their size.
  4. Put the bruschetta under the broiler for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Coarsely chop the raw ham and scatter over the bruschetta.
  6. Add a few basil leaves before serving the bruschettas.
