Bruschetta tomato mozzarella

Buffalo Mozzarella125g
fresh tomato1
Pesto alla genovese2 tablespoons
Olive oil1 fillet
Herbs of Provence1 teaspoon
Basil3 strands
Salt pepper

Preparation of the recipe: bruschetta tomato mozzarella

  1. Place the slices of country bread in the oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes until crispy.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the tomato and mozzarella into slices.
  3. Spread each half of the baguette with pesto before arranging the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately.
  4. Then drizzle the bruschetta with olive oil, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Decorate with a few basil leaves before serving the tomato mozzarella bruschettas.
