Breaded shrimp

Peeled raw prawns500g
Wheat flour125g
panko breadcrumbs1 bowl
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Pepper1/4 tsp
garlic powder1/4 tsp
Frying oil

Preparation of the recipe: breaded shrimp

  1. Wash and pat the prawns dry with paper towel. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Divide the flour, panko breadcrumbs and beaten eggs into 3 bowls.
  3. Dip each shrimp in the flour, then the eggs and finally the breadcrumbs, respecting this order.
  4. Heat the frying oil and test the temperature by dropping a shrimp in it.
  5. Fry the prawns for a few minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Place them in a dish lined with paper towel. Cut the lemon into wedges.
  7. Serve the breaded prawns with lemon wedges and a cocktail sauce, as an aperitif or as a starter. Enjoy hot.
