Blueberries (fresh or frozen)800g
Plain flour220g
Cane sugar115g
Milk (or yogurt)100g
Soft butter80g
baking powder5g
Cinnamon powder2 pinches

Preparation of the recipe: blueberry cobbler

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 180┬░C.
  2. Place the blueberries in a salad bowl, rinse them. Add 60 g of sugar and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Mix and let stand for about 10 minutes. After this time, divide into individual ramekins.
  3. Then move on to preparing the dough. To do this, sift the flour with the baking powder into a bowl. Add 45 g of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Then add the butter cut into pieces with your fingertips until you obtain a coarsely sandy mixture.
  4. In another bowl, mix the whole egg with the milk or yogurt. Using a spoon, mix quickly with the previous preparation to have a more or less homogeneous and slightly sticky dough.
  5. Then use a floured spoon to scoop out walnut-sized balls of dough. Flatten slightly before placing them on the blueberries in the ramekins.
  6. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and bake the cobblers in the oven for about 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, let the blueberry cobbler cool down for a few minutes before eating.
